Accidentally left my tablet on airplane mode during a live digital painting demo at that art supply shop in Brooklyn
After missing 3 layers of feedback from the crowd, I realized you gotta check your connection before you start showing off your workflow, has anyone else botched a live showcase like that?

At least airplane mode is an easy fix" yeah until you're like me and forget to turn off do not disturb too. I did a painting demo at a friend's gallery once and my iPad kept going dark every 30 seconds because I had a low power mode setting on. The crowd was just staring while I frantically tapped the screen trying to wake it up. Then I realized I also had the wrong brush size loaded so every stroke looked like a fat marker instead of a fine liner. Total mess but we laughed about it after.

Heard someone at a meetup last month say they did the same thing but with their stylus battery dying mid-stroke. At least airplane mode is an easy fix, right?
