Pro tip: swapping to Teflon tape on my injector line threads cut my leak repairs by about 80% in just two weeks

I started using it after a guy at the Cummins shop mentioned it during a coffee break and it stopped those annoying seepage issues on my 5.9L, has anyone else tried this on high pressure lines?

Oh man, that reminds me of the time I used plumber's tape on a garden hose fitting and ended up with a geyser in the backyard, haha. Probably not the same thing, but it taught me to always check the pressure rating first.

Better be careful with Teflon tape on high pressure lines. It can actually cause issues if it shreds and gets into the injector or pump. A little bit of thread sealant made for diesel fuel systems is usually the safer bet.
