Tried a dice tower build out of an old Game Boy shell, the rolls came out weirdly good
I had a busted DMG Game Boy sitting in a drawer for like 4 years, so last Saturday I spent a few hours carving out the cartridge slot to drop dice through. The plastic makes this hollow thunk sound that's oddly satisfying, and the d20 lands flat almost every time because the shell spreads the energy. Has anyone else repurposed retro hardware for tabletop stuff, or did I just cross a line here?
