Dice tower from a Game Boy shell saved my table last session

Last week our group met at my place and my cat knocked over the foam dice tray three times. I grabbed an old busted Game Boy, gutted the insides, and cut a slot in the top. Now dice drop out the cartridge hole like a little arcade machine. Took about 40 minutes with a dremel. Anyone else repurpose old handhelds for table gear?

That dremel dust gets everywhere, still finding green flecks in my dice bag a month later.

Heard some folks swear by a cheap wet towel under the work area, but yeah, that green never truly leaves.
