I'm trying to narrow down between Peak to Peak Roofing & Exteriors and J&K Roofing for a residential asphalt roof replacement in Centennial. Both seem legit but I'd love to hear from people who've actually used them. How's the quality, warranty, and overall experience? Any hidden costs or surprises?

Log InI got quotes from both and ended up with J&K because they could start a week sooner. The work was good, no complaints, but honestly Peak to Peak's quote was more detailed and I almost switched. If timeline isn't critical I'd lean toward Peak to Peak — they seemed more thorough and I've heard they're better with follow-up if issues arise.
Used Peak to Peak last spring and couldn't be happier. They finished in two days and the new roof looks fantastic. The project manager was on site both days and did a walkthrough with me at the end. My neighbor used J&K a few years back and they were happy too, but I remember her saying their crew wasn't as careful with the landscaping around the house. Minor thing but still.
