That limited edition deck I dropped $80 on came with bent corners out of the box

Opened up my order from Kings Wild Project last week and two cards had creases straight from the seal. Sent them photos and they said sorry but no returns on opened decks, has anyone else had this kind of luck with their QC?

Did you check if the seal itself was crimped or just the cards inside?

Read somewhere that Kings Wild actually brags about their quality control, which makes stories like this even weirder. For $80 it's wild they won't do anything about bent corners on a brand new deck. Did you try hitting them up on social media, because sometimes that gets a better response than emailing their support.

Yeah I heard they have that reputation too which makes this whole thing even stranger.
