My favorite deck from 2015 finally gave out on me last month

I had this old bicycle deck with a custom print from a small kickstarter back in 2015. The edges got all frayed and the cards started sticking together after like 8 years of use. I tried to save them with some fanning powder but it just made them worse. Ended up tossing them and now I'm hunting for a replacement but can't find the same design anywhere. Anyone else ever get attached to a deck that just falls apart on you?

Wait, didn't I read something about old decks being worth cash on eBay now?

Did you try reaching out to the original kickstarter creator to see if they had any leftover stock sitting around? Sometimes those small runs have extras that never got sold. I had a similar issue with a deck from a local artist a few years back and I found out they still had a box of them in their garage. Might be worth a shot if you remember the campaign name.
