That time I counted eartip returns and got a shock

I work returns at a local shop here in Portland, and last month I ran a simple tally on why people bring back IEMs. Turns out 9 out of 10 returns had nothing wrong with the drivers, it was always a sizing or fit issue with the stock tips. I was surprised because I assumed bad QC or shipping damage would lead, but nope, it was comfort every time. Anyone else ever dig into return reasons and find the real problem is just the tips people get in the box?
