The 90-second pasta trick that came from a snarky comment
Last month my roommate walked past while I was microwaving leftover spaghetti and said 'you reheat pasta like a Neanderthal'. I got annoyed and looked into it. Turns out adding a splash of water and covering the bowl with a damp paper towel makes it taste fresh, not rubbery. Did it at 50% power for 90 seconds and it actually worked way better than any setting I used before. Now I do this for rice too, which fixed my dried-out fried rice problem. Anyone else get kitchen tips from random insults instead of tutorials?
