Everyone in my neighborhood swears by the gentle leader head collar, but after 4 months of my pit mix Ruby fighting it on every walk in Austin, I switched to a front-clip harness for $45 and our daily 3 mile loop at Lady Bird Lake went from a wrestling match to actually fun.
