Solar panel app acting strange, worried about a hack

I got solar panels last month to save on my power bill. Now the monitoring app is showing crazy usage spikes that don't make sense. I'm afraid someone might have gotten into the system. What can I do to lock it down? Any simple tips would help a lot.

Used to worry about hacks too, but heat makes sense now.

That "loosens connections" part explains so much. My own solar app went nuts last summer and I spent a whole weekend changing passwords before I just unplugged the main unit and plugged it back in. Fixed it. Felt like a real genius after that detective work, let me tell you. Makes you wonder how many other weird tech glitches are just weather beating on the hardware.
