Thought writing prompts with word counts were a waste of time, then a 100 word limit fixed my worst habit
A prompt at my Tuesday meetup in Dayton capped us at 100 words and my usual 3 page warmup turned into the tightest scene I've written all season. Anyone else got a word limit that actually helped instead of just making you cut stuff?
