Just realized I hit 1,000 followers and zero of them commented on my last prompt
Hit 1,000 followers on my writing account last Tuesday, but my newest prompt post got 3 likes and a single 'interesting' from a bot, so what's the point of milestone numbers when the actual writing still feels invisible?

And honestly the bots are probably inflating that number anyway, so really you might have like twelve actual humans who think your stuff is fine. Milestones just feel better in the moment than they do a week later when nothing changes.
