My roommate's alarm clock made me flip on quiet hours

Dude set his phone alarm for 5:30 AM every day but never woke up to it. It just buzzed on the dresser for 45 minutes straight. I finally snapped after three weeks and unplugged the thing at 5:47 AM one Tuesday. He got mad until I showed him the video of the noise from my room. We agreed on a 7 AM quiet rule and he got a vibrating wristband instead. Anyone else had to confiscate a device to keep the peace?
