TIL a cheap over-the-door shoe rack fixed my loose cartridge pile after 2 years of clutter
My spare room had 40 or so loose SNES and N64 carts stacked in a milk crate because my shelves ran out of room, and they kept sliding around and scratching labels. I hung a $9 shoe rack on the closet door and each cart sits in its own pocket now, labels facing out so I can see what I own at a glance. It looks a little silly but it works, and I want to know if anyone has a better trick for keeping carts from wobbling in the pockets.

I did the same thing with my NES carts and it saved my sanity.
