My buddy Miguel saw my cable box and told me something that's been bugging me for 2 weeks
I showed him my setup in the closet under my stairs in Tucson and he asked how hot the power strip gets. Turns out I've had 14 cables and 3 consoles all jammed against the back wall with zero airflow for about 8 months now. He pulled out his phone and showed me a melted surge protector from his old place, said it happened in under a year. Anyone else worry about heat back there, or am I being paranoid?
