Spent $80 on a fancy herb drying rack and my $2 thrift store window screen does the job better
Hanging rosemary and thyme on it for 3 weeks in my garage in Sacramento got me moldy, dusty bundles, while the screen laid flat by the back window dried them crisp in 5 days. Should I just gift the rack to my neighbor or try it again with a different herb?
