My sad little herb patch went from scraggly to overflowing in just one season
Last spring, my thyme and oregano were just a few weak stems in a clay pot. I moved them to a sunnier spot by the back step and started watering them with the leftover water from my boiled eggs once it cooled. By August, the plants were so thick I had to split them. The change was all about that bit of extra light and the egg water, I'm sure of it. Do you think the minerals help, or was it mostly the sun?

That egg water trick is no joke, my basil went nuts after I tried it. Definitely a mix of the extra sun and those minerals.

My neighbor's tomato plants doubled in size after she started using that egg water method.
