Start charging late fees, it's the only way they learn. My no-show policy saved my schedule last month.

But what if that just pushes good clients away? I had a late fee rule and it caused so much drama. People would complain and then stop coming back. It saved my time but killed the friendly vibe. Now I just take deposits instead, which feels fairer. They still show up but without the resentment.

Exactly, deposits set the tone without feeling like a punishment. It filters out the unserious people while keeping things positive for everyone who does book.
