This client's hair went from fried to full in about five months
Honestly, she came in with hair so dry it felt like straw, said she'd been bleaching it herself every two weeks. We cut off about four inches and I put her on a strict routine with Olaplex No. 3 and a deep conditioner twice a week. The real change happened when she finally stopped using hot tools every single day. Now her hair has actual bounce and shine again. Has anyone else had a client make a big turn around just from cutting back on heat?

Wait, she was bleaching it herself every TWO WEEKS? That's insane. I'm shocked her hair didn't just fall out in clumps. That's way too much chemical processing for anyone to handle. No product in the world can fix that kind of constant damage. Cutting it off and stopping the heat was the only real fix.

Man, that reminds me of my cousin who swore her hair was just naturally frizzy. Turns out she was blow drying it on high heat while it was still soaking wet. Once she started letting it air dry most of the way first, it was like a whole different head of hair. It's crazy how much damage we do without even realizing it.
