The Paul Mitchell school classroom made me rethink my whole product stance
I sat in on a friend's demo last Friday at the Paul Mitchell school in Austin. Watching the instructor break down formulation basics on a live model, I realized I'd been dismissing certain lines as overhyped without ever trying them. That hour convinced me to actually test a few salon brands on my own clients instead of sticking with the discount supply stuff. Has anyone else had a similar turnaround after sitting in on a class or observation, or am I the only stubborn one here?
