My color bowl decided to take a dive during a full foil
So I'm in the middle of a big foil highlight on a regular, and I go to grab my color bowl from the station. It's one of those ceramic ones, you know? I must have set it right on the edge because the next thing I know, it just tips over and shatters on the floor. Purple demi-permanent color EVERYWHERE. It looked like a grape jelly bomb went off. My client just stared at her feet and said, 'Well, that's a new one.' I had to scramble to mix a new batch, clean up a huge mess, and keep my cool all at once. Has anyone else had a total color bowl disaster, and what's your go-to for keeping them secure now?

Wait, you're still using ceramic bowls for color? That's asking for trouble. Get the heavy rubber ones that grip the station, they don't slide or tip. I switched years ago after a similar mess and never looked back.

Faithb78's right, I read those rubber ones are way safer for mixing.
