I was reading an old industry journal from 1995 and saw the average price for a basic women's haircut was $12.

Found it in a box of my mom's old stuff and it blew my mind, makes me wonder what a standard cut will cost in another 30 years.

Thirty bucks for a trim already hurts. A hundred in 2054 sounds about right, and that's depressing.

My barber already charges thirty bucks for a basic trim, so maybe a hundred in 2054.
