Almost ruined a client's hair with a bad batch of color at the Sally's in Trenton
I grabbed a tube of Redken shades eq from the shelf last Tuesday and it looked fine on the outside. Mixed it up and the consistency was all wrong, watery and thin. By some miracle I tested a strand first and it came out a weird orange instead of the usual copper. Called the store and they said there's been a few returns about bad batches from that shipment. Now I check the lot numbers before I even open anything. Anybody else run into bad color stock from a chain supply lately?
