Update: I dropped $300 on a custom RF-blocking canopy for my bed

I got it after reading about Havana Syndrome and some people saying EMFs cause sleep issues. The canopy is a silver mesh from a company called Safe Living Tech. On one side, I sleep deeper now and wake up less. On the other, my partner says it's just a placebo and we wasted money on a modern snake oil. Has anyone else tested gear like this and found real results, or is it all in your head?

Placebo or not, you feel better, right?

That's the whole point though, isn't it? If you FEEL better, then something real happened in your brain. Placebo is still a real effect, with real biology behind it (like endorphins and stuff). Acting like it's just "fake" medicine misses how much our mind controls our body. The end result is still less pain or more energy, so who cares what we call it?

So you actually feel a difference... or just think you do?
