The moon landing footage pacing bug I keep seeing in debunk videos

Every debunk clip I watch slows the film to 0.5x and calls it proof, but I compared the same sequence frame by frame with a 1972 NASA print at a Houston archive last month, the dust and flag motion check out at normal speed, so has anyone else found a reliable source that actually addresses the 2x playback myth instead of just repeating it?
