The grocery store in my neighborhood rearranged everything overnight last Tuesday

I went in for a box of spaghetti and spent 15 minutes wandering past what used to be the soup aisle which now had nothing but protein bars and dog beds. The pasta moved to where the cereal was, and the cereal took over the international foods section. Is there some kind of conspiracy between store managers and Big Grocery to make us wander around longer?

A trick I learned from a store manager friend years ago is to check the endcaps first. They pretty much always put the stuff that moved on display there for the first week, so you can grab what you need without hunting. Also, keep an eye on the ceiling signs, a lot of stores update those the night of the change but employees forget to turn them on until morning. Saved me about 10 minutes last time my local Safeway pulled this exact move.
