Showerthought: I spent 3 weeks logging every "coincidence" in my life and the results made me less paranoid, not more
Back in January I started a notebook where I wrote down every weird coincidence, like thinking of a friend right before they texted me. After 23 entries I went back and checked the dates, and about 15 of them were things I could trace back to something normal like a group chat or a reminder I set. It made me realize my brain was just filing away the hits and tossing the misses, which is honestly the same thing debunkers keep saying. Has anyone here done a log like this and actually found something that held up under a second look?
