Found a 1967 memo that proves my theory was half right

I was digging through old county records in Provo, looking for land deeds for a project. Instead I found a 1967 memo from the city utilities board. It mentioned the water tower inspection schedule and a note about 'unusual pressure readings' on three dates. Those dates match the exact nights my grandpa swore he saw lights over the reservoir. He always said it was military testing, not aliens. Turns out the memo says it was a classified radio relay test. But the dates line up perfectly, so he was right about the when, just wrong about the what. Anyone else ever find paperwork that backed up a family story halfway?
