My son's Fortnite crew taught me more about crossplay than any patch notes
He's 12 and plays with kids on all three consoles, and last week I overheard them coordinating a build battle through party chat without one console war comment. It just hit me that the only real barrier left was us old folks, so has anyone else had their kid casually fix the whole console divide?
That line about the only real barrier left being us old folks got me laughing because it's so true. My nephew taught his grandma to use party chat last month and now she hops on to say goodnight to his whole squad, which is both sweet and a little funny. Kids just treat crossplay like it's normal, and honestly they're right.
