Tried the water mist trick on a Riverside patio pour and it went the other way
Kept a spray bottle going on the 12x20 slab last Tuesday since the sun was beating down at 94 degrees, and instead of slowing the set like I figured it dried the surface out faster and gave me a crusty edge I had to trowel through twice, so now I'm second guessing whether misting only works when you start it earlier than I did.
