Powder vs liquid hardener, changed my mind after 12 years

I've always used liquid hardener because that's what my first boss taught me back in Fort Worth. Last month a supplier gave me a free bucket of powder to try, and I figured it was just marketing fluff. But after running it on a 2,400 square foot warehouse slab, the finish came out denser and the dusting was almost zero compared to my usual mix. Still torn on whether it's worth the extra time to broadcast it by hand, or if I'm just lucky with the weather that day. Anyone else switch and stick with it, or go back to liquid?

That 2,400 square foot slab is about what we pour on most of our commercial jobs, so that got my attention. But here's what I'm wondering: how did you handle the mix timing with the powder? Because the thing that always scares me off is the window you get before it starts pulling moisture out of the surface, especially if the crew is slow or the sun pops out. Did you have to change your finishing schedule at all, or did it just work with the same rhythm as your liquid? Also, was that warehouse slab a power trowel finish or a broom finish, cause I got a feeling that makes a big difference on how the powder beds in.
