Warning: My ticket count hit 1,847 before I finally snapped at the shop
I was going through our old ticketing system last Thursday and realized I'd closed 1,847 jobs at the Riverside location since 2021. That number didn't hit me until I saw the actual spreadsheet. What broke me was that about 300 of those were the same three clients with the same issue, and nobody ever flagged it. How do you all get management to actually look at repeat tickets instead of just cheering about the total count?
Have you tried showing them the cost of those 300 repeat tickets instead of the total count? That's the only number that ever made my old manager stop and actually listen.
