Spent $40 on a magnetic screw tray and it's a total game changer

I was always losing tiny motherboard screws in the carpet (you know how it goes). This thing holds everything in place, even the M.2 standoffs. What's your best trick for keeping track of all the little bits during a teardown?

Got a cheap ice cube tray from the dollar store, the kind with the little squares. Works perfect for sorting screws by type and it costs next to nothing. Why spend forty bucks when a buck will do the same job. Just don't knock it over.

Honestly, that's a solid life hack right there. I've used egg cartons for the same thing when organizing my toolbox. Tbh, the fancy sorting trays always seem to tip over anyway, so your dollar store find is probably more stable. Ngl, I'm gonna grab one next time I'm out.
