My mentor in Dallas said to never trust a customer's 'quick backup' before a wipe
He was right, a guy lost 2 years of photos last Tuesday because his external drive was unplugged. How do you guys handle the backup verification talk without sounding like you doubt them?

It seems rare until you start looking for it, then you notice the pattern everywhere. People just don't talk about the small, weird stuff that happens all the time. Those "rare" stories add up to a pretty common vibe of things being off, lol.
