Went to check a reno in Phoenix and found a 4 inch stack tied into a 2 inch vent
Stopped by a strip mall job my buddy is overseeing last Tuesday and the upstairs bathroom was dumping into the main vent line, which was way undersized for the fixture load. Has anyone else run into rough-in crews that just wing it on vent sizing, or is this a common thing with older builds?
