Three days chasing a slab leak in a strip mall in Tulsa, is camera or pressure testing the better first move?
Helped a buddy on a restaurant build-out near 41st and Sheridan and we burned almost three full days hunting a leak under a 6 inch slab because we kept guessing instead of mapping it out first. My gut says always run the camera first while he swears by isolating zones and pressure testing each one, and we went back and forth on it more than we did on the pipe itself. Curious what you all reach for on a slab leak with no clear wet spot, and does the building size change your answer?
