Swapped to a 2-inch flush valve on a row of old urinals in a Denver office building, and the water savings was crazy.
The building manager said it would never work, but after a month, their water bill dropped by almost 30%. Has anyone else pushed for a simple valve swap against a client's wishes?

That line about the building manager saying it would never work, I used to be that guy. Seeing a 30% drop would change my mind too.

Man, I love hearing this. We had a super stubborn property owner for a small strip mall who fought us on low-flow toilets for weeks. He was sure they'd clog constantly. We finally got him to let us do one unit as a test, and the next quarter, that unit's water use was cut in half. He called us to do the rest of the building the next day. Some people just need to see the numbers.
