Spent 6 hours chasing a backed up floor drain at a pizza place in Tacoma
Had a floor drain backing up at a pizza shop on 6th Ave in Tacoma last Tuesday. I snaked it twice from the cleanout and got nothing, so I pulled the grate and found the real problem: a grease cap about 4 feet down that my 3/4 inch cable just slid right past. Bought a $90 grease cutter head and it chewed through in 20 minutes. Anyone else run into grease caps that your normal snake just glides over?
