Hit 50 commercial water heater flushes this fiscal year, felt proud

I just realized yesterday that I've done 50 sediment flushes on commercial water heaters since January. That's a lot of tanks, you know? Mostly in office buildings and restaurants around the Portland area. What surprised me is that about 12 of those were from the same complex - they just keep ignoring my maintenance schedule. It matters because a good flush can add years to a unit, and I've been tracking it for my own records. Anyone else keep a count like this or am I just weird about my numbers?
