A building manager in Tampa said our backflow preventer tags were the cleanest he'd ever seen, which was weird because we'd just failed the test.
Has anyone else had a client compliment something that was actually a sign of a bigger problem?

Ever get a compliment that makes you immediately worried? That's a special kind of gut punch.

Heard about a friend's client who raved about how quiet their new server was. Turns out the power supply was dead and the whole thing was just off. They loved the peace and quiet right up until they needed to actually use it.
