Tbh I used to think a 3/8ths wrench was fine for everything until a job in the Houston ship channel where a stuck bolt almost cost me a full day.

Honestly, a crusty old rigger saw me struggling and tossed me his 10mm stubby, saying 'Right tool for the bolt, kid,' and now I carry a full set of flank drive sockets in my kit, anyone else have a simple tool that saved your bacon?

Used to think the same until a breaker bar saved my knuckles.

Yeah spencer_sanchez67, that's a solid point. A breaker bar really does change the whole game.

Ngl I used to think breakers bars were just overkill for most jobs. Figured if you're torquing that hard you're probably doing something wrong anyway. Then I had this one stuck axle nut that laughed at my 1/2 inch ratchet and punched my hand into the frame. Swapped over to a 3/4 breaker bar and that thing came off like butter. Totally changed my mind.
