Pro tip: check the local tide charts before you agree to inspect a dock in Galveston.

I spent an hour yesterday trying to work on a piling while a family of raccoons stared at me from about two feet away, just waiting for the water to drop. Anyone else had a job turn into a wildlife viewing session?

Man, you ever have a job where you're the main event for the local critters? My buddy got sent to clear a wasp nest under a deck last fall, and a whole group of possums had moved into the crawl space right next to it. He said they just watched him the whole time, like he was disturbing their quiet afternoon. He had to work real slow so he didn't startle them, took twice as long. Nature just does not care about your work schedule.

lol that's like something I read about a beekeeper who had to move a hive and a whole family of skunks just sat there watching him the whole time. Said they looked more annoyed than scared. Animals really do not care about your deadlines man.

Reminds me of a raccoon judging my grill cleaning, @paul233.
