Just realized my bailout bottle beats a pony bottle for tight work in the hull
Last month I was doing an inspection inside a ballast tank at a yard in Norfolk and could barely turn around with my old 19 cf pony strapped on, so I swapped to a 6 cf bailout bottle on a hose and it was night and day in there. The smaller bottle let me get through a 16 inch access hole without snagging on every frame, and I could actually reach the far side of the tank without fighting my own gear. I know some of the old hands will say you need the bigger volume, but for short interior work I'm not going back. What are you running for confined stuff like that?
