I doubted those new quick-dry undergarments until my dive in the Puget Sound last month.

My buddy insisted I try his spare set, and after a 2-hour inspection job in 45-degree water, I was completely dry and warm underneath, so has anyone found a brand that actually lasts more than a season?

My old Fourth Element thermals finally gave out after three seasons of hard use. The seams on the cheaper ones always seem to go first. I stick with them now even though the price hurts a bit. That extra durability is worth it when you're in cold water all the time.

Yeah that seam thing is so real. My buddy had a cheap set fall apart right before a dive, he was not happy. Smart move sticking with Fourth Element like you do, patel.daniel.
