Can we talk about how a 22 year old tender changed my mind on burning tables
Kid on my crew in Port Arthur asked why I still hand cut every burn instead of letting the software do it, and I didn't have a good answer besides habit. Spent 30 minutes showing him my way, he spent 10 showing me his, and his tab came out cleaner on the 6 inch plate. Anybody else getting schooled by guys half their age or am I just getting old?
