Vent: Had to pick between two comic shops and I think I chose wrong
My old shop raised their pull list prices from $10 to $15 a month so I switched to this other place across town. First visit was fine, but then they messed up my pulls two weeks in a row. Missed the new Hellboy issue and had to dig through bins to find it. Now I'm driving 20 extra minutes for a store that can't keep track. Has anyone else dealt with loyalty vs convenience with your local shop?

Their higher price might mean they actually stay in business longer.

@reese_singh87 I get what you're saying but higher prices don't always mean better service. My old shop was $15 and they always had my stuff ready on time. This new place is cheaper but I'm wasting gas and time digging through bins. Not really saving money when you factor in the drive and frustration.
