I was digging for my charger at Stumptown in Portland when I pulled out a receipt from March 2022, and it hit me how many tiny habits I just never think about. Has anyone else suddenly noticed a routine you've been on autopilot with forever?

Oh man, that reminds me of the time I found a protein bar wrapper in my glovebox from 2019. It was one of those gross chalky ones I swore I'd never buy again, but there it was, like a little fossil of bad decisions. Now every time I clean out my car I brace myself for another time capsule.
