That barista's tip about the corner table actually paid off last week

Ive been working from this cafe in Austin for about 3 months now. One of the baristas told me I should try the table in the back left corner because it has a power strip hidden under the bench. Last Tuesday I forgot my battery pack and that table saved my whole afternoon. I got a solid 5 hours of coding done without hunting for an outlet. Has anyone else found hidden power spots at their regular coffee shop?

I used to think the same way honestly, but then I found one behind a bookshelf in a coffee shop right when my laptop was about to die and it totally changed my perspective. Sometimes luck like that feels like winning the lottery when you really need it.
