I think the 1 hour rule at cafes is backwards, and the guy at the Roastery on 3rd backed me up
He kicked out a guy who'd bought 4 coffees in 3 hours to keep a seat open for someone who might buy one latte, and I say the long sitter pays better, but my friend says turning tables keeps the shop alive, so which one is right?
